Shipping information
We offer two shipping methods: standard delivery (4-10 business days) and express delivery (next day).
Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with tracking information and a link to track your package in real-time. Alternatively, you can go to the "Track My Package" page and use the confirmation number we will email you after your purchase to track your package.
Shipping time varies depending on the shipping method you choose. Generally, we process and ship orders within 4-10 business days.
Standard delivery is free for all! There is an additional charge of $10.00 for express delivery (1 business day).
If you wish to change the shipping address of your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to change the shipping address before shipping.
Once your order has been delivered, you will receive a delivery notification by email with the delivery details.
If your order is damaged during delivery, please contact us immediately. We will ask you for pictures of the damaged package and the contents to help us resolve the problem.
Information about the FreshJuice Portable Blender
Your Fresh Juice blender can be stored in a closet like any other blender. Please do not store it in the refrigerator as this may damage the internal motor.
The Fresh Juice blender has a lid and base that unscrew, making it very easy to clean. The base is waterproof, but do not immerse it in water or soak it, as this could damage it. You can mix dishwashing liquid and water to clean it, then simply rinse it off.
The capacity of the Fresh Juice Mixer Portable is approximately 380 ml.
The Fresh Juice blender is lightweight, making it easy to slip into your bag and take anywhere. It weighs 488 grams.
The Fresh Juice blender comes with a wireless USB charger that can be plugged into a phone charger outlet, laptop, computer, car USB port, or portable power bank device. The Fresh Juice blender is placed on the wireless charging base. While charging, the light on the base flashes, then turns solid when charging is complete.
Once fully charged, the Fresh Juice blender can be used for about 15 days. More difficult blending of frozen fruit or ice can drain the battery faster.
Frozen fruit and ice can be blended, but we recommend soaking the fruit and ice for 20 seconds before blending and always use liquid. Small pieces of fruit and ice are ideal for blending, so as not to cause wear and tear on the blade. We have an ice cube tray that is perfect for making ice for blending in the Fresh Juice blender.
