How do I use my Fresh Juice Portable Blender?

1. Load your Fresh Juice

Before using the Fresh Juice portable blender for the first time, be sure to charge it. Although the unit is partially charged, for optimal use, it is recommended to charge for at least 3 hours.

Make sure the three magnets on the charger are perfectly aligned with the three magnets on the base of the blender. While charging, the charger light will flash to indicate that the unit is charging.

When charging is complete, the light will automatically turn off, indicating that your blender is ready for use.

2. Rinse your Fresh Juice

Wash the Fresh Juice Blender before first use. DO NOT immerse the blender base in water.

Both ends of the blender can be opened to put the ingredients inside.

3. Prepare your drink

Start by pouring liquids into the blender, then add ice cubes or frozen fruit to avoid damaging the blades. Always make sure there is enough liquid when blending with ice cubes.

When filling the Fresh Juice blender with ingredients, DO NOT fill beyond the handle. The blender will not work if it is overfilled.

4. Blend your drink

Make sure the half circle on the blender glass is aligned with the dots on the blender base. The blender will not work if the dots are not aligned.

Press the ON button on the bottom of the blender TWICE to start.

Troubleshooting & Assistance

The power button on the base will flash red if the blender needs to be charged. The blender will not operate until it is charged.

The power button on the base will flash red if something is stuck under the blade. To solve this problem, remove the base and clean under the blades.

Make sure the three magnets on the charger are aligned with the three magnets on the blender base. Also, you can try removing the blender bottle from the blender body and adding fresh fruit. Then put the bottle back into the blender body, close it carefully by pressing hard enough, and try blending.
